Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity (COHFH) is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry whose shared vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We believe in a community where our hard-working, limited-income Oklahoma neighbors in need of affordable housing can achieve the dream of homeownership. As one of the nation’s largest and most productive Habitat affiliates, we build approximately 35 homes each year and we completed our 1,078th home in May 2023. In addition to our New Construction program, COHFH provides needed repairs to low-income, fixed-income and disabled homeowners through our Critical Home Repair program, providing repairs and weatherization for more than 50 homes each year. Our state’s homebuilders and home supply professionals are among our biggest sources of support. Donations of usable building supplies help us assist families in our own communities. In addition, New Home Construction donations help supply our two ReStore retail outlets with usable building supplies, along with new and gently used home furnishings and other items.
