The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Housing Department (CPNHD) provides housing to low-income Native Americans and is always interested in working with Indian owned economic enterprises or Indian organizations who wish to submit a bid or proposal for the performance of services related to the carrying out of affordable housing activities. Services and work items include but are not limited to appraisal, building materials, construction, site work, tree removal, equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, inspections, lead based paint testing and remediation, surveys, and legal.
